Mr. Yuvraj Hiralal
Chairman & Managing Director, Hilton Metal Forging Ltd.
Mr. Yuvraj Hiralal Malhotra is the Chairman and Managing Director of Hilton Metal Forging Ltd., a position he has held since July 21, 2005. He has been instrumental in the development and growth of the company, contributing significantly to its success. With over three decades of experience in the forging industry, he oversees the company’s marketing strategies and day-to-day operations. Mr. Malhotra began his career as an Engineering Trainee at Mukund Iron & Steel Ltd. from 1989 to 1991. He then served as Materials Manager at Akai Impex Ltd. (Export House) from 1991 to 1993. Subsequently, he worked as a Director at Garg Forgings Pvt. Ltd. from 1993 to 1994. From 1994 to 1997, he held the position of Vice President – Marketing at Viraj Forgings Ltd. In 1997, he founded his own proprietorship, M/s Hilton Forge, specializing in the export of flanges and other automobile parts to various countries.
Mr. Mohak Yuvraj Malhotra
Chief Financial Officer & Promoter, Hilton Metal Forging Ltd.
Mr. Mohak Yuvraj Malhotra serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hilton Metal Forging Ltd. and is also one of its promoters. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is an aspirant for the Chartered Accountancy qualification. Mr. Malhotra completed his articleship in 2020 with R.K. Chaudhary & Associates, a reputable firm known for its expertise in accounting and taxation.
With over nine years of experience in accounting and taxation, Mr. Malhotra has been associated with Hilton Metal Forging Ltd. since 2023. In his role as CFO, he is responsible for the overall conduct of the firm, including liaising with relevant stock exchanges, bankers, and stakeholders. His visionary mindset and strategic planning contribute significantly to the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
Mrs. Himanshi Mota

Mrs. Himanshi Mota is a graduate of the University of Mumbai and holds a master’s degree in finance. With over four years of experience working with multinational corporations and six years as a guidance expert in the management sector, she possesses a strong strategic acumen. Her expertise in strategy development and her optimistic approach to problem-solving are valuable assets to the company’s growth.
Mr. Amit Pathak
Independent Director
Mr. Amit Pathak graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Meerut in 2008. He brings over 14 years of experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Management. Mr. Pathak is adept at directing IT infrastructure to reduce costs and data processing times. He effectively manages IT teams to achieve business priorities, combining analytical research to inform software solutions and improve outcomes.
Mr. Rakesh Khajuria
Independent Director
Mr. Rakesh Khajuria is an experienced mechanical engineer, graduating with B.Sc. Honors from NIT Trichy. With over 30 years in the oil and gas industry, he specializes in process improvement and team leadership. One of his significant achievements includes leading a large-scale automation project that increased plant output by nearly 40%. Mr. Khajuria aims to bring his expertise in warehouse management systems and continuous improvement to new and challenging environments.
